Early ripening Sauvignon Blanc and a tiny parcel of Semillon grapes have found near-perfect growing conditions in the cool climate and gravelly soils of Woongarra Estate. The vines are hand pruned and hand picked and chemical application is kept to a minimum. The Estate is working to achieve Biodynamic status in the vineyard. The wine is made in a five star winery using biodynamic winemaking practises, sulfur is kept to a minimum, and all major actions are planned with reference to the Biodynamic calendar. The unique microclimate and terroir of this small area produce grapes of the highest quality, resulting in outstanding wines
